Bilingual Interpreter

About the role

Responsible for providing assistance in HR and Administrative support to executive management and operations by providing proficient bilingual interpretation and translation between Chinese-speaking management and Filipino employees, in business operations such as HR functions from onboarding, employee relations and offboarding. Provide Administrative functions such as office administration, fleet admin, budget request and the like.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assistance in HR and Administrative operations support functions from end-to-end process
• Provide proficient bilingual interpretations, conversations, meetings, interviews, and instructions materials, business operations documents, emails, policies, contracts, and reports between Chinese-speaking management and Filipino management and employees
• Serve as the link and pipeline to bridge communications gaps in operations
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate communication at all times

About you

• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese - Mandarin, with strong interpretation and translation skills
• Good command of English; Filipino and Chinese language skills are an advantage
• Experience in HR, administration, or Bilingual Mandarin interpretation is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• High level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality
