Bilingual Korean speaking CS Representative

We are hiring customer services representatives to provide accounts receivable management services to our customers in Asia countries. The incumbent will work in our iQor office at Santa Rosa (Laguna), the Philippines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via emails and phone calls
• Negotiate with customers for achieving highest return possible through a variety of settlements and payment plans
• Manage commercial accounts receivables and prepare statement of accounts for customers
• Update regular accounts receivable reports for client’s review
• Gather data and documents proper systems per client’s requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education with basic knowledge of accounting
• Customer service experience preferred
• Dynamic interpersonal and good communication skills
• Proactive and self-motivated; meticulous in figures
• Proficient MS office skills, especially in Excel
• Proficient language skills in Korean speaking and writing
• Good spoken and written English a must
