About the Role

We are seeking dedicated, fluent Bilingual Language Specialists to provide consecutive interpretation between Mandarin (or Cantonese) and English. In this role, you will facilitate real-time communication across high-impact industries including healthcare, legal, banking, insurance, and emergency services.

Key Responsibilities

 Deliver clear, accurate, and professional consecutive translation between English and Mandarin/Cantonese.

 Handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and empathy.

 Facilitate real-time communication across multiple sectors (e.g., medical calls, financial inquiries, emergency response).

 Adhere strictly to industry standards, privacy guidelines, and confidentiality protocols.

Key Highlights & Work Arrangement

 Work Location: Work From Home / Remote Option Available (open to candidates based in Malaysia).

 Work Schedule: 5-day work week (rotational 8-hour shifts + 1-hour break, with 2 off days).

 Shift Timing: Fixed Night Shift (start time rotates monthly between 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM; schedule provided 2 weeks in advance).

 Comprehensive Training: 3-week structured daylight apprenticeship program provided upon joining.

Compensation & Incentives

 Base Pay: RM33.00 per productivity hour (Estimated monthly base earnings: RM5,280 – RM9,200 depending on hours worked).

Monthly Attendance & Performance Bonuses:

 +RM800 for completing 160 hours/month with perfect attendance.

 +RM2,000 for completing 200 hours/month with perfect attendance.

 Overtime Rate: RM33.00 / hour (Optional).
