Bilingual Learning Technologies Consultant

Responsibilities Kforce's client in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Learning Consultant to support the design, development, and delivery of learning and development programs focused on emerging technologies, digital transformation, and workforce capability development. This role partners closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and implement innovative learning solutions that drive employee growth and organizational success. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and capability gaps
• Conduct learning needs assessments and recommend solutions that support workforce development objectives
• Design, develop, and implement learning programs across instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning formats
• Create and curate learning content focused on technology, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics, and related topics
• Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to develop engaging and relevant learning experiences
• Research emerging technology trends, learning practices, and industry best practices to inform curriculum development
• Manage multiple learning projects while ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Support delivery, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives
• Track learning metrics, learner engagement, program effectiveness, and business outcomes
• Develop recommendations to enhance learning experiences through innovative instructional approaches and learning technologies
• Support change management, issue resolution, and risk mitigation activities associated with learning programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between learning initiatives and business goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related fields
• Must be fully Bilingual- English & Spanish
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience consulting with business stakeholders to develop learning solutions
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience supporting technology-focused learning programs, including AI, automation, digital transformation, or data analytics
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using agile learning design methodologies
• Experience working with geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of learning analytics, reporting, and effectiveness measurement
• Certifications in instructional design, learning technologies, project management, or change management
• Spanish language proficiency

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
