Bilingual Marketing Agency Representative

CMGA Insurance is seeking a motivated, results-driven Bilingual Marketing Agency Representative to join our Houston team. This role is responsible for recruiting independent insurance agencies, developing and maintaining strong agency relationships, promoting CMGA's insurance products, and supporting agency partners in growing their business.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in insurance sales, marketing, agency relations, or business development. This individual should be comfortable with cold calling, in-person agency visits, presenting insurance products, and identifying new opportunities to increase policy production.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Location: Houston, TX — primarily in the field
Compensation: Competitive base salary; no commission

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit independent insurance agencies and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective agency partners.
• Promote CMGA's insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and business opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, agency meetings, and regular follow-ups.
• Assist with agency appointments, onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and internal teams to address agency needs.
• Monitor agency engagement, policy production, and business development opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing materials, promotional items, sponsorships, and industry events.
• Represent CMGA professionally at agency meetings and industry functions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• At least three years of experience in insurance sales, insurance marketing, agency relations, outside sales, or business development.
• Property and casualty insurance experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and developing new business relationships.
• Understanding of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and agency operations.
• Ability to analyze production results and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Active insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain one if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel locally for agency visits and business meetings.

CMGA Insurance is looking for a professional, self-motivated individual who can expand our agency network, strengthen partnerships, and support long-term business growth.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
