What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with customers and prospective clients to develop business opportunities.
• Learn about customers' needs and explain insurance products and coverage options.
• Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Keep customer information and follow-up activities organized.
• Work with the team to meet agency goals and deliver a positive customer experience.
