As a Bilingual People Operations Associate, you are the connective thread that keeps our HR engine running smoothly—across recruitment, onboarding, records, and employee support—while delivering a positive experience in both English and Spanish.

- Contribute to HR projects—employee engagement initiatives, recognition, and company events.
- Help organize training and development sessions and track participation.
- Monitor compliance with HR policies and labor laws; uphold consistent processes.
- Participate in HR team meetings and continuous improvement efforts, sharing ideas and feedback.
- Handle general admin tasks: filing, document management, and correspondence.

- 2+ years in an HR or administrative role.
- Familiarity with HRIS/HR databases and comfort with data entry and reporting.
- Working knowledge of HR fundamentals and labor law basics.
