Bilingual Personal / Program Assistant — Part-Time / Hybrid

Location: Phoenix, Arizona / Greater Phoenix Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday: Late Afternoon, Early Evenings, approximately 3–4 hours per day
Pay: $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week

Overview

I am seeking a dependable, energetic, and highly organized bilingual Personal & Program Assistant to support me across several areas of community-based initiatives.

This is not a traditional desk-only assistant position. The right person will work alongside me to help manage a busy professional schedule while also supporting community outreach, youth and family programs, meetings, presentations, events, and group activities.

Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling, emails, follow-ups, phone calls, data entry, documents, and general administrative tasks.
Help organize calendars, meetings, program materials, contacts, and ongoing projects across multiple organizations.
Assist with community outreach to schools, nonprofits, youth organizations, community centers, and potential partners.
Attend selected meetings, events, trainings, and community activities.
Help prepare materials for presentations, workshops, youth programs, and special events.
Assist with facilitating small-group sessions for youth, teens, young adults, families, or community partners.
Help track participation, program information, follow-ups, and basic reports.
Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish when working with families and community members.
Occasionally represent or assist me when I am managing multiple responsibilities or events.
Be willing to learn different programs and take on additional responsibilities as the position grows.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal person is bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable speaking in front of groups, organized, positive, dependable, personable, and passionate about helping others. Experience working with youth, families, education, nonprofits, behavioral health, community programs, fitness/wellness, or social services is a plus but not a requiement.

Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel locally throughout the Phoenix area as needed.
