Bilingual QuickBooks Data Entry Position

Bilingual Data Entry Position wanted for local firm to manage approximately 25-30 business accounts with an emphasis on GREAT customer service. Candidate will be speaking directly to clients on a daily basis and 95% over the phone.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a Must.
• Must have at least 4+ years' experience in QuickBooks.
• Must have at least 4+ years' experience in Data Entry.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Focus on customer service.
• Must be able to work independently and complete assigned work within specific time limits.
• Organizational skills are a must for this position.

*Candidates ability to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently is required.

Job Type: Full-time
