Internal Compass Chiropractic is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Bilingual Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing practice.

Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. Applicants must be able to speak, understand, read, and communicate effectively and professionally in both languages with patients, families, and team members.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide professional front-desk service
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Communicate professionally with patients in English and Spanish
• Assist Spanish-speaking patients with scheduling and general office communication
• Check patients in and out, collect payments, and provide receipts
• Enter and update patient information accurately
• Maintain an organized schedule and front desk
• Answer basic patient questions and direct clinical questions to the appropriate team member
• Complete paperwork, scanning, office communication, and other administrative tasks
• Keep reception and patient areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support occasional community outreach and office events

Required Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, understanding, reading, and writing
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Willingness to support the team as needed
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Previous experience in reception, customer service, healthcare, dental, chiropractic, hospitality, or administration is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who meets the language requirement.
