Bilingual Recruiter - Data Center Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Recruiter to join our workforce solutions team supporting large-scale construction and data center projects across the United States .

This role will focus on sourcing, interviewing, vetting, and mobilizing construction and cable technicians . Previous construction, cable, or data center experience is not required — we are looking for someone with strong recruiting skills, communication abilities, and the drive to learn the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified construction, cable, telecommunications, and data center technicians.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews in English and Spanish .
• Learn technical job requirements and effectively identify qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong technician pipeline and recruiting bench .
• Recruit for immediate openings while building candidates for future projects.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates.
• Coordinate candidate availability, start dates, travel, and mobilization.
• Use LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
• Track candidate information and recruiting activity in the ATS/CRM.
• Work closely with operations and senior recruiters to understand workforce needs.
• Help improve recruiting strategies, candidate quality, and speed to hire.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of recruiting or sourcing experience preferred.
• Fluent English and Spanish , written and verbal.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and conducting outbound recruiting.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Comfortable learning new industries, technical terminology, and job requirements.
• Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, ATS/CRM systems, or other recruiting tools is a plus.
• Construction, data center, cable, or blue-collar recruiting experience is NOT required.
