Bilingual Recruiter (Project based)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter to support a high-volume international hiring project for a US healthcare client. The goal is to recruit remote interpreters who speak Haitian Creole and English, based in the Dominican Republic.

This is a fast-paced project. We need someone proactive and driven by results, who goes beyond posting jobs and actively finds candidates through multiple channels.

The engagement is project-based, with the possibility of continuing based on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract high volumes of Haitian Creole and English speaking candidates in the Dominican Republic
• Search for candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook and WhatsApp groups, communities, universities and other local channels
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline in our ATS
• Run first-line screening calls to assess English level, language skills and customer service attitude
• Follow up quickly with candidates throughout the process
• Meet agreed daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets
• Find new and creative sourcing channels, especially within the Haitian community in the Dominican Republic
• Keep candidate records and trackers up to date
• Work closely with the project lead and recruitment team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in mass or high-volume recruitment
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of the Dominican talent market
• Comfortable with high-volume targets and fast turnaround times
• Organized, independent and able to work remotely
• Available to work full time during the project
• Recruitment agency, BPO, call center or international hiring experience is a plus
• Haitian Creole is a strong plus
