We’re looking for outgoing, dependable, sales-driven bilingual team members who are comfortable helping customers, promoting their store, and being active in the local community.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers with phones, plans, upgrades, payments, and accessories
• Explain promotions and services in both English and Spanish
• Work toward personal and store sales goals
• Share store content on social media
• Be comfortable becoming a face of your store
• Participate in local outreach, events, and promotions
• Process transactions and maintain a clean, organized store

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Comfortable speaking with and assisting customers in both languages
• Friendly, energetic, and confident talking to people
• Motivated by sales goals and earning opportunities
• Comfortable with social media and being on camera
• Dependable with reliable transportation
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
• Must be 18+
• Weekend availability is required
• Previous sales or wireless experience is a plus, but not required

This is an active sales and community-focused role. We need team members who are willing to sell, promote, create content, participate in outreach, and help grow their store.

Schedules are based on business needs, including weekends.
