Bilingual Retail Store Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a focus on customer service, sales, and inventory control. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee orientation.
• Recruit, train, and develop a diverse team of sales associates and other store employees.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure the store is clean, organized, and meeting customer expectations.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to drive sales.
• Manage inventory levels and implement effective inventory control methods to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for improving the store's operations.
• Manage the sales floor and ensure that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
• Oversee the sales process and ensure that all sales associates are knowledgeable about products and customer needs.
• Manage the store's point-of-sale (POS) system and ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a store manager or in a related retail management role.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, and inventory control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
• Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages relevant to the target market.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and developing employees.
• Experience in wireless sales and customer service.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and control.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
