Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs.
• Demonstrate and explain product features through hands-on demos.
• Recommend phones, accessories, and service plans that fit customers’ lifestyles and budgets.
• Deliver outstanding service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through strong product knowledge and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain clean, well-organized merchandising displays and manage inventory accuracy.
• Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Educate customers about promotions, loyalty programs, and new product launches.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred; wireless or electronics background a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain tech clearly.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred; Haitian Creole a plus.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Comfortable with POS systems, basic math, and handling transactions.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
