Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in both English and the second language, creating a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed information about features and benefits.
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and financial software, including cash handling and cash drawer management.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and retail lending options to effectively inform customers.
• Handle data entry tasks related to customer accounts, loan processing, and loan collections as needed.
• Support retail store operations by managing cash transactions, balancing the cash drawer, and performing retail math calculations.
• Contribute to a team environment by collaborating with colleagues on sales strategies and customer service initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales or retail store experience is preferred; strong customer service skills are essential.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and financial transactions.
• Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently, including processing cash transactions and managing cash drawers.
• Experience or knowledge of banking, financial services, retail lending, or loan collections is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an energetic attitude that motivates both customers and team members.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
