Bilingual Sales Representative - Roofing & Construction (English/Spanish)

G.A. Castro Construction is a growing roofing and construction company serving homeowners across Connecticut. We handle retail and insurance roof replacements, siding, windows and exterior projects. As we take on more and larger projects, we're looking for an experienced, bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. What you'll do: - Inspect properties, identify damage and recommend the right solution to homeowners in English or Spanish - Prepare and present estimates, close sales and sign contracts - Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process and attend adjuster meetings - Follow up on every lead and keep notes, statuses and tasks up to date in our CRM (JobNimbus) - Prepare work orders and coordinate samples and handoffs with our insurance, production and office teams - Generate new business through referrals, canvassing, community events and past customers - Meet weekly and monthly sales goals What we're looking for: - 3+ years of sales experience in roofing, construction, or both - Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written - Proven track record closing residential sales; insurance claim experience is a big plus - Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Organized, punctual and comfortable using a CRM, email and a smartphone Compensation: - Base pay of $1,000 - $1,400 per week, depending on experience - 3% - 5% commission based on sales and goals achieved Ready to grow with us?
