Bilingual Real Estate Sales Representative (English/Spanish) – Rosarito

Buy Baja Real Estate is hiring two in-house sales representatives. We’re looking for high-energy people who take initiative, work well with a team, and are motivated to turn opportunities into sales.

We provide new leads daily. You’ll also make outbound calls, follow up persistently, meet buyers, show homes, explain financing options, and move each qualified buyer toward a sale. This is a fast-paced sales environment where responsiveness and follow-through matter.

What we’re looking for

• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish

• Proven sales experience and confidence making cold calls

• Strong math skills and the ability to explain down payments, monthly payments, and financing scenarios clearly

• The energy to pursue leads, handle objections, and ask for the sale

• A team player who communicates well and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work on site in Rosarito

Schedules: We are hiring for two full-time positions: Tuesday–Saturday and Sunday–Thursday. Each role covers a full shift on its assigned weekend day.

Compensation: MXN $22,000–$25,000 gross monthly base, depending on experience, plus sales commissions.
