As we continue to grow, we're looking for a bilingual Service Advisor to join our team.

Automotive experience is preferred, but not required. If you come from a sales, hospitality, customer service, or account management background and enjoy building relationships, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Be the face of the shop by communicating with customers in person, by phone, text, and email
• Schedule appointments and help manage shop workflow
• Build repair estimates and present repair recommendations clearly and professionally
• Review digital vehicle inspections with customers
• Explain technician findings and repair needs in a way customers can easily understand
• Follow up on declined and deferred services
• Provide customers with updates throughout the repair process
• Coordinate communication between technicians and customers
• Order parts and assist with maintaining efficient shop operations
• Handle invoicing and customer payments
• Maintain accurate customer communication and documentation within our shop management system
• Help create an exceptional customer experience from vehicle drop-off through vehicle delivery

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong sales, hospitality, customer service, or relationship-building experience
• Automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required
• Professional, organized, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and learning new software systems
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership mindset with a desire to grow professionally
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
