Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Bilingual Spanish-English Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our cleaning company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, text, and email in English and Spanish.
• Schedule and manage cleaning appointments.
• Coordinate with cleaners regarding job assignments and availability.
• Follow up with customers about bookings, payments, and recurring services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with administrative tasks.
• Address customer concerns and support smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in administration, customer service, or virtual assistance.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
