Bilingual Talent Acquisition & Office Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

We are a growing residential cleaning company seeking a dynamic, bilingual Recruiter & Office Operations Coordinator to join our tight-knit office team. Your primary mission is to build, scale, and maintain our frontline workforce by sourcing, hiring, and onboarding exceptional House Cleaning Technicians.

Because we are an agile, growing business, you will wear a few different hats. In addition to driving our talent acquisition strategy, you will cross-train and assist with daily office administrative operations. As our field staff expands, this role is designed to transition into a 100% dedicated, full-time Talent Acquisition and HR leadership position. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

· Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus): Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting ads on Indeed/social media, sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checking, and extending offers.

· Onboarding & Culture: Manage the new-hire onboarding process, facilitate initial company orientation, and ensure candidates feel welcomed into our culture from day one.

· Applicant Tracking: Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a fast, communicative, and smooth experience for all applicants.

· Office & Operations Support: Cross-train with our small office staff to assist with daily administrative tasks (such as customer service, scheduling support, or basic office workflow) as needed.

· Employer Branding: Help market our company on local social media channels to position us as the top employer of choice for local cleaners.

· HR Compliance: Ensure all hiring, documentation, and onboarding processes remain strictly compliant with local and federal employment laws.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Bilingual Fluency: Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) to effectively interview and onboard our technician workforce.

· Recruiting Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in high-volume, frontline, or service-industry environments (e.g., cleaning, hospitality, retail, or logistics).

· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter), social media sourcing, and general office software/ATS platforms.

· The "Small Business" Mindset: A collaborative, flexible attitude with a willingness to pitch in on shared office tasks to help the team win.

Excellent Communication: Strong relationship-building skills to keep candidates engaged in a competitive labor market.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
