Bilingual Tech Support in CCTV and Access Control

Do you have experience in electronic security, equipment configuration, ¿and bilingual technical customer support?

We are looking for a proactive, independent individual with conversational English skills to provide technical support to clients in the United States and Latin America from our corporate office in Monterrey.

What do you need?

• Conversational and functional technical English (an assessment with a US client will be conducted).
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.
• Experience in equipment configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
