Bilingual Technical Support Executive

We are looking for a Bilingual Technical Support Executive to provide first-level technical support and customer service to clients using Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Provide support for hardware, software, and connectivity-related incidents.
• Create, manage, and follow up on support tickets through resolution.
• Guide users on the proper operation and use of equipment.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support level when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, call center, or customer service.
• Technical High School Diploma in Electronics, Computer Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field (certification required).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of electronics.
• Knowledge of IP, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and wireless communication.
• Experience using ticketing systems, CRM platforms, or remote support tools.
• English level C1 – oral and written (mandatory).

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday to Sunday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• On-site Monday through Friday
• Saturday or Sunday working remotely
• One rotating day off between Saturday and Sunday
• Availability to work rotating shifts (day, evening, and night shifts)

LOCATION

Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City (CDMX)
5 minutes from San Joaquín Metro Station – Line 7

Sueldo: Hasta $18,000.00 al mes
