Bilingual Technician/Equipment Specialist

As one of the fastest-growing implant companies in the industry with significant year-over-year growth, Hiossen Implant Canada continues to expand.

We’re looking for a bilingual (Korean/English) technician with experience in mechanical/electronic engineering. Knowledge and experience in dental chairs and digital equipment are considered assets.

Job Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain dental chairs and digital equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of dental equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of dental equipment during customer service.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Mechanical, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Have a good understanding of dental chairs and digital equipment.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain professional appearance and adaptability
• Excellent Knowledge of MS office
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships with customers.
• Network and computer knowledge required
