Bilingual Translator / Project management Cordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to our diverse customer base by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Korean and English, with the ability to effectively communicate and translate between the two languages. This position is essential in bridging language gaps and delivering seamless service to our clients.

Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both Korean and English.
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
• Translate customer communications and internal documents between Korean and English to ensure clarity and understanding.
• Provide accurate and culturally appropriate translations as needed during customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Korean and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
• Strong translation skills between Korean and English, with attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with CRM software or similar tools is a plus.
