Bilingual Verizon Assistant

Hollis Point Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Verizon Assistant to bring Verizon's internet and TV services directly to Californias's communities. With Verizon's network, you'll be the face of the brand, helping customers find plans that actually fit their homes and budgets.

This is a people first sales role. You'll meet customers face to face, listen to what they need, and explain their options in plain terms, in English and Spanish.

What you'll do as a Bilingual Verizon Assistant:

• Meet customers in person and explain how Verizon's internet and TV plans can fit their lifestyle, in the language they're most comfortable in
• Ask the right questions to match customers with the plan that actually works for their household
• Turn conversations into sales through honest, helpful recommendations
• Break down pricing, bundles, and offers so customers feel confident, not confused
• Represent current Verizon's promotions accurately and enthusiastically
• Guide customers through sign up from first conversation to activation

What We're Looking for in a Bilingual Verizon Assistant:

• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• A genuine interest in sales, customer service, or telecom
• Comfortable talking to strangers and building trust quickly
• Self motivated, reliable, and organized enough to manage your own daily activity
• Bonus if you've got sales or field marketing experience, but we'll train the right attitude
