Job Summary
NY AC Center is seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish-English) Warehouse Manager to lead our HVAC and Appliance distribution operations with enthusiasm and precision. Duties

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring effective team management and clear managerial communication.
• Oversee inventory management, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and materials management to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Manage distribution operations by coordinating shipping & receiving, freight handling, and transportation planning using transportation management systems (TMS).
• Implement process improvements utilizing Lean principles and continuous improvement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Utilize ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor operations, analyze supply chain data, and support demand planning.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL)
• Drive safety standards and compliance within warehouse distribution facilities while maintaining high standards of quality assurance.
• Plan production schedules and demand forecasts to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
• Lead initiatives for process management, transportation management systems integration, and supply chain analytics to improve overall logistics performance.

Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a distribution or logistics environment.
• Strong background in supply chain management, including inventory control, procurement, demand planning, and distribution operations.
• Demonstrated expertise with ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and Microsoft Office tools.
• Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding, 3PL partnerships, shipping & receiving procedures, and transportation planning.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively through clear communication and motivational leadership.
• Knowledge of budgeting practices, procurement processes, production planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required to facilitate communication across diverse teams.
