What they need
We are currently seeking a reliable and bilingual Logistics Operator (English – Spanish) with proven experience operating a forklift and skid steer loader, as well as knowledge of key logistics processes such as inventory control and warehouse operations.
Requirements:
Mandatory experience operating a forklift and skid steer loader.
Solid understanding of logistics processes, including inventory counts, receiving, shipping, and storage.
Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (required for internal communication and documentation).
Strong commitment to long-term employment and job stability.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
