What they need
Law firm is seeking a contract Legal Biller to join their Los Angeles office. This is a contract position beginning immediately and lasting for 1-2 months.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit invoices
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and accounting teams to gather billing information
- Identify opportunities to improve billing processes & client experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-3 years of legal billing experience required
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, filters, PivotTables) required
- Experience with Elite 3E is highly desired
