Billet Cutters

Job Purpose:

Job responsibility to Billet Cutting & Its Handling

Responsibilities:

· Work handover from reliever

· Physically check the machine.

· Consult with shift supervisor for planning.

· Check water level and oil in machine.

· Follow the work instruction, utilized standard operating procedures and cut the logs. Measure the log's length and check the condition of logs. (Center Crack)

· Note down in register and on logs cast no alloy, color code and length.

· Performed all functions of the job using proper PPE and coordinate with subordinates.

· Work with maintenance team to trouble shoot machine breakdown in order to get back up to production in a timely matter.

· Set up equipment, operate equipment to make product. Clean and maintain equipment, Maintain house keeping & 5S.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
