Billing Accountant

WANTED – BILLING EXECUTIVE

Location: Jamshedpur
Company: Golchha Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a Billing Executive for day-to-day billing work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices and billing documents.
• Enter invoices in Tally.
• Generate e-invoices/e-way bills as required.
• Maintain proper billing records.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for billing.
• Check invoice details, rates, quantities and customer information before issuing invoices.
• Handle day-to-day billing-related documentation.

Requirements

• Should have good working knowledge of Tally.
• Previous experience in billing/invoicing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GST invoicing.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.
• Should be able to handle billing independently.

Experience: 1–5 years
Qualification: Any graduate preferred.

Salary: As per experience and capability.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
