What they need
Responsibility:
- Manage end-to-end billing operations, including invoice processing and consolidation of customer usage data
- Prepare and submit billing data to ERP systems to support sales order and invoicing processes
- Handle billing reporting, documentation, archiving, and generate periodic customer reports
- Support basic accounting tasks (including funding reconciliation) and utilize Excel for data analysis (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX)
Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor, Senior High School, Engineering High School, Diploma 3
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
