Billing Administrator

A leading professional services firm is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Administrator to support the Cayman office’s finance function, overseeing the end-to-end billing process and ensuring compliance with established policies and controls. The role will be instrumental in delivering accurate, timely invoicing, supporting working capital management and maintaining high service levels for internal stakeholders and clients.

The successful candidate will manage the full invoice lifecycle, coordinate reporting, resolve billing and disbursement queries, and work closely with stakeholders to address discrepancies, credit notes, write-offs and outstanding balances.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional to build strong relationships across a global finance function while contributing to operational excellence, best practice and the ongoing improvement of billing services.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a financial services environment
• Ability to work proactively and effectively within a team and with minimal supervision;
• Excellent client service and effective communicator with awareness of the wider commercial environment;
• High attention to detail with an analytical and logical approach, and a strong sense of initiative
• Highly diligent, organized and able to meet deadlines
