Billing Administrator

About the role

Provide billing administrative support for branch, department, area or company.

Key responsibilities

• Create customer invoices based on job files received from operations or lab staff
• Review services provided and create invoices in a timely manner based on customer contracts, customer rate agreements or standard book prices
• Ensure accuracy of invoices created and question any aspects of billing that is not immediately clear
• Provide assistance as a team member in investigating billing issues raised by customers and resolve in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer files and upload/enter invoices and supporting backup data into appropriate AmSpec or customer system

About you

• Must be a 4-year college graduate (any course)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With or without BPO / billing experience
• Basic MS Excel knowledge
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup in Lipa City, Batangas and willing to be onsite when needed
