Job Requirements

• Graduate of Accounting or Information Technology or any related courses
• Minimum 3 years experience in billing within a telecommunications service provider or equivalent commercial business
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with a range of personnel at all levels
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Ability to operate effectively both independently and in a team
• Highly analytical thinker with the ability to see the big picture
• Ability to deal with both high level concepts and detail as appropriate
• Resilience and persistence to drive process improvement
• Accommodate flexible working hours and public holidays – as necessary

Job Responsibilities

• Setup and management of batch allocation of customers and bill run kick-off
• Monitoring of billing production run
• Billing reports generation and analysis
• Management of daily and monthly CDR file feeds from carriers
• Billing support duties on tickets allocated
• Setup analysis of billing functionality and rating plans
• Identify areas for improvement and document business processes
• Perform checks and balances on monthly invoice run
• QA analysis for high-level monthly billing summaries
• Invoice Checking and QA
• Reports checking and customer balancing trending
• Sample invoice checks
• Assist in the development and execution of monthly billing audits and daily quality assurance tasks
• Proactive investigation of billing trends
• Billing integrity verification
• Perform verification of billing changes
• Other tasks maybe assigned
