Billing Analyst

If you have obtained at least one (1) year of solid experience as Billing Analyst, then you are the person we need. The role is specifically tasked to prepare, review, including timely issuance of invoices. He/She is also responsible for monitoring accounts receivable aging to secure timely payment. Further, he/she shall be tasked to:

1. Validate billing data, rates, and calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

2. Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

3. Follow up payment on overdue accounts.

4. Prepare and maintain regular reports on accounts receivable aging and collection performance.

5. Reconcile billed and unbilled balances to support month-end activities.

Qualifications:

• ONLY FOR ACCOUNTING, MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING, OR ACCOUNTING TECHNOLOGY GRADUATES.
• Must have obtained at least one (1) year SOLID experience on the job as Billing Analyst.
