What you’ll do

• Manage daily billing operations, including updating and maintaining customer profiles.
• Create and distribute customer invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
• Process new customer setups, review contracts, and execute the invoicing cycle. Resolve disputes and discrepancies related to customer profiles, billing, and invoicing.

What experience do you need

• High School Diploma.
• Advanced spoken and written English Level (B2 or C1)
• 1–2 years working in an Accounting environment.
• 1–2 years of university coursework (Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred), OR a technical degree in Accounting. 1–2 Excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Oracle knowledge.
• Salesforce or CRM experience.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail and proven accuracy.
• Strong Problem-Solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent Organizational and time management abilities.
• Expertise in Billing Processes (full-cycle).
