Billing & Account Assistant

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in accounting or any other related courses from a recognised university.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (working experience is an added advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and process staff travelling claims, including obtaining necessary approvals.
• Prepare and issue billing to clients for expenses claims.
• Follow up with clients on claims and related matters.
• Assist in preparing quotations and basic financial proposals.
• Support SST submission and payment processes.
• Assist in HRD Corp matters, including basic documentation and claims.
• Handle contract stamping for project agreements when required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for projects and accounts.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
