  • Partner closely with attorneys and paralegals to communicate account status, address retainer needs and resolve financial matters.

  • Proactively communicate with clients by phone, email, and text regarding billing, outstanding balances, payments, and account concerns with professionalism and empathy.

  • Take ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish, using sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and firm systems to work efficiently and accurately.

  • Maintain precise, audit-ready documentation and contribute to a collaborative team environment while maintaining confidentiality and providing a consistently positive client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a high volume of client matters, prioritize competing demands, and maintain accurate, audit-ready records.

  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to take initiative, make sound decisions, identify issues, and follow through without constant direction.

  • Comfortability discussing financial matters, including billing, outstanding balances, payments, and retainers, while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education in business, accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
