We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Billing & Accounting Coordinator to support our accounting team. This is not an accountant or CPA-level position. The role is focused on billing accuracy, documentation, reconciliation, and making sure completed orders are invoiced accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working through details, identifying discrepancies, and making sure everything ties together.
