Lucas James Talent Partners is looking for a dependable, organized Billing & Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team in Tampa!

In this role, you'll handle customer invoices, post payments, keep track of outstanding balances, and help keep billing and office operations running smoothly. You'll also work with customers and internal teams to answer questions and resolve billing issues.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and send customer invoices, making sure everything is accurate.

• Post payments, process check deposits, and maintain billing records.

• Track past-due accounts and assist with payment follow-up.

• Answer customer questions about invoices and payments.

• Help resolve billing discrepancies and assist with month-end reporting.

• Prepare documents such as W-9s and certificates of insurance.

• Handle general office tasks, including data entry, filing, phone calls, and emails.

• Provide backup support for other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting support is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Friendly, professional communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and keep things moving in a busy environment.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems.
