Billing & Admin Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Billing & Admin Assistant to support our logistics operations through accurate invoicing, document control and administrative coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and verify them against job records, agreed rates and supporting documents.
• Collect, check and organise delivery orders, receipts and other operational documents.
• Follow up with drivers and operations staff on documents required for billing.
• Coordinate with headquarters and branch teams to complete billing and administrative tasks on time.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records.
• Assist with general accounts and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree holders are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience are also welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and data entry.
• Well organised, disciplined and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using computerised systems.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Experience in logistics billing or administration is an advantage.
• Experience with computerised billing systems or AutoCount is an advantage.
