Billing and Collection Analyst

I. PURPOSE

Must be able to issue invoice in a timely and accurate manner and to ensure collections of receivables.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide clients with comprehensive, accurate and timely invoice.

• Reviews all open unbilled Sales Order and updates SOPO per BU & Affiliates he/she handle and attend

SOPO meeting.

• Prepares SOPO (Sales Order Purchase Order) Report.

• Coordinates with AM, OM and Business Unit Head for updates on billing.

• Ensures timely collection from clients with outstanding and current account receivables.

• Prepares and review the Account Receivable Aging Report.

• Prepare Weekly Collection Forecast of Account Receivables.

• Performs collection follow-ups to all clients with due and near due invoices.

• Coordinates with Sales Group and BU Heads their respective account receivables.

• Ensure SRMS postings are up to date.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

A. Minimum Education

• Preferably graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related courses.

B. Minimum Experience/Training

• With 2 years relevant experience but we also open to newly graduate with good scholastic record.

• Knowledge in Bookkeeping.

• Flexible in changes and willing to work beyond office hours.

• Knowledge in SAP, Microsoft office literate such as MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint.

C. Competency

• Analytical in problem solving and inquiries from clients and Sales.

• With good communication skills and can deal well with internal and external stakeholders.

• Willing to learn and can work with a team.

• Committed to achieve our goal and objectives.

• Able to work with minimum supervision.

• With good moral character.

IV. WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
