• 2-5 years related experience
• Billing and Invoicing and Collection
• Knowledge in Basic Accounting Principles and Billing and Collections Process
• Strong Numerical and analytical skills and Attention to details
• Customer Focus and team player and adoptability
• Proficient in Excel, Strong Interpersonal, Good communicator to client and internal department.

Job description:

• Process regular billing and maintain accurate customer billing records
• Generate invoices, statements, and process customer payments
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments
• Handle billing concerns and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate collection records and prepare collection reports
• Ensure compliance with company billing and collection policies
