Billing and Collection Associate (MITSUKOSHI BGC)

• Posting of rent, utilities, initial leasing charges and other charges in SAP
• Creating SAP Business Partner and Contract Number
• Preparing and releasing of SOA to tenants
• Collecting charges from the tenants
• Communicating with Treasury Office related to the posting of payment of tenants
• Reconciliation of past due charges with tenants
• Preparing AR Aging, Past Due and Collection Reports
• Collecting BIR 2307 from tenants
• Collecting and summarizing daily sales reports of tenants

Qualifications and Competencies Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any Accounting related course
• At least 2 years of experience related to billing and collection
• Must have SAP background as accounting tool in Billing & Collection
• Experience in mall/property management industry is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite at Bonifacio Global City (BGC)
