- Monitor accounts receivable and track outstanding customer balances.
- Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments and payment schedules.
- Record and update payments and collection transactions accurately.
- Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Maintain organized billing and collection records and reports.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding billing concerns.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
