Billing and Collection Manager

• Graduate of Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, preferably with a major in Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, as well as email management, internet applications, and other relevant desktop software.
• With relevant experience in billing and accounts receivable; experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong customer service, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity, professionalism, initiative, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Willing to work overtime, on weekends, and during holidays as required by business operations.
