Billing and Collection (Support Loans Processing) – Reliever

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the completion of all requirements for each buyer’s housing loan application by reviewing, organizing, and preparing loan application folders for endorsement to the lending institution.
• Facilitate the routing of contracts for signing and notarization, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information.
• Prepare the necessary documents for loan takeout and full payment of buyers’ units and/or parking slots.
• Ensure the timely issuance of reminder notices, final reminder notices, and notices of forfeiture to buyers who fail to comply with the required deadlines.
• Notify buyers regarding loan takeout and move-in schedules and requirements.
• Ensure the completion and processing of documents required for the transfer of land titles and tax declarations to the buyers’ names.
• Coordinate with buyers, lending institutions, and internal departments to ensure the timely completion of loan processing and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related or management-related course.
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in documentation, housing loan processing, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven, process-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to train and supervise a team and work collaboratively with others.
• Patient, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willing to work extended hours when necessary, with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and capable of performing the duties and responsibilities of the position.
• Able to complete tasks accurately and within established deadlines.
