Salary Range: Php 70,000 - Php 90,000

Job Summary

The Billing & Collections Manager will oversee the Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections functions, ensuring accurate and timely billing, effective management of outstanding receivables, and achievement of collection targets. The role will also handle customer account reconciliations and resolve billing and collection concerns while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing, accounts receivable, and collections operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely customer billing and invoicing.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and collection performance.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collection.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Prepare AR and collection reports for management.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or collections.
• Supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Persistent, organized, and results-oriented.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
