Billing & Controller Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and check petty cash, tax invoices, cash receipts as well as petty reports on daily and monthly basis.

• Check and control the payments to subcontractors and owner drivers against approved quotations, together with reports on daily, 10 days and monthly basis.

• Review and monitor the issuance of debit notes to both internal and direct customers against approved quotations in order to ensure that all valid jobs will be billed and collected fully.

• Review and control assets of both operation and administrative teams and plan ahead how to utilize them

• Review and check on other administrative reports such as allowance and other bills such as electricity and water charges, security charge, etc.

• Control and monitor team's works in total as site leader and report to Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field
• At least 5 years or more, with direct experience in Billing and controller or related field
• Detail oriented, Service-minded, Interpersonal Skills and Positive thinking
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good command in English
• Computer Literacy in MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Having owned car and driver license (optional)

Working Location:  FYI Center (MRT Queen Sirikit Center)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 08:30 - 17:00 hrs.
